EvenemenCiel is an agency specializing in the design and production of tailor-made events. We put our creativity and know-how at the service of unique experiences that leave a lasting impression. Passion, rigor and innovation are at the heart of our DNA.
As an Event Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete management of our projects, from conception to execution, ensuring that we deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. You will work closely with our creative team and partners to design personalized and impactful events.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and planning: Development of unique event concepts, aligned with our clients’ objectives and values.

Budget management: Creation and monitoring of budgets to ensure their compliance and optimization.

Logistics coordination: Management of suppliers, service providers and field teams to ensure the smooth running of events.

Customer relations: Personalized support and advice to guarantee optimal satisfaction.

Field supervision: Presence during events to ensure they run smoothly, from setup to completion.

Strategy and innovation: Contribution to the growth and evolution of the agency through innovative ideas and continuous improvements.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
-
More than 5 years of experience in managing corporate or private event projects in Quebec: conferences, galas, fundraisers, festivals, brand activation, etc.

Bilingual French, English. Other language an asset.

Degree or experience in event management, communications, marketing or related field.
-
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-
Proficiency in project management tools and office software (Office 365 Suite, Canva, Adobe).

Knowledge of the events sector and its trends.
-
Driving license, an asset.
